Privacy notice

WorkXP is a FounderSpark venture. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). WorkXP is for people aged 18 and over only.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted by our login provider).
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and when you agreed to this notice.
- Files you upload (your CV or portfolio) and the experience items we read from them.
- What you are looking for: role areas, job type, shift, minimum pay and your remote work setup.
- Your activity in the app: saved roles, tailored CVs and cover letters you create.
Please remove sensitive details you do not need to share (for example your age, civil status, religion, government ID numbers or photo) from your CV before uploading. Our AI is instructed to ignore them.
Why we use it
- To build your experience bank, match you to remote roles, explain the scores, and write CVs and cover letters only from items you approve.
- To keep your account secure and keep the service working.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up. We never sell your data, and we never share your CV with employers unless you choose to apply.

Some of this processing happens outside the Philippines. By agreeing to this notice you consent to that transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, files, experience bank, saved roles and documents straight away. A minimal record that consent was given and the account was deleted is kept, without your personal details.
Your rights
- See and download everything we hold about you (Account → Export my data).
- Correct your details at any time in the app.
- Delete your account and all your data (Account → Delete my account).
- Withdraw consent by deleting your account.
- Complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
